Check out the furious reaction the Hull Daily Mail has reaped in the comments on its website after turning over the person running what might be seen as a rival website to the Mail's. The story has attracted more than 300 posts with some accusing the Mail of "gutter reporting" and pointing out the paper advertises escorts. My man in Yorkshire describes the reaction bluntly as a "shit-storm".
