It's another cracking local story, this time from The Argus, Brighton, website.
"An elderly woman was taken to hospital after her oven gloves caught fire.
Fire crews were called to a flat in Goldstone Villas in Hove at about 8pm last night.
The woman had apparently left the gloves in the oven.
She was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation."
