Court defendant gives photographer the pixel

On the Grimsby Telegraph website there is a story about a teenager being locked up for throwing a brick which hit and badly injured a four-year-old girl.

There are pictures of the injured girl and the defendant giving the finger, as they say, to a photographer. However someone has thought it wise to attempt to pixelate the finger (presumably so that it could not be recognised or linked to the face of the defendant).
