Journalists' Charity loses a champion with death of News of the World's Robert Warren
Sad news today that Robert Warren, the veteran News of the World journalist, has died aged 73 from cancer. He was a stalwart of the Journalists' Charity and had just completed a highly successful two years as chairman of its charity council which included leading a major fund raising drive to develop the charity's care home in Dorking. A huge presence and big personality he will be greatly missed.
