Thai authorities have used emergency powers to block the WikiLeaks website on security grounds, claiming it could lead to further unrest, the Telegraph reports today.It quotes a spokesman from the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology stating: “Access to this website has been temporarily suspended under the 2005 emergency decree.” The ICT said it has blocked 1,340 websites on security grounds since emergency rule began in April.
