There is speculation that a planned campaign by the Kentish Times calling for prostituton to be legalised ran into trouble when it was spotted an opinion piece linked the call for the change in the law to the case of the 'Crossbow Cannibal' who has yet to be tried. Rumour has it that a number of copies had to be pulped to avoid a possible contempt of court and an inquiry is taking place.
