Legal eagle uses Twitter to serve writ

Here's a new use of Twitter. Lawyer Donal Blaney has issued the first High Court writ via Twitter to stop someone impersonating him on the micro blogging site.
Blaney, who has his own blog Blaney's Blarney, also represents political blogger Guido Fawkes who tells all here.
Blaney is quoted by the Telegraph this morning as saying: "The content of the Twitter account was mildly objectionable but what really annoyed me was that people I know - including friends and colleagues - started following it in the belief that it was me.
"I'm sick of how people abuse the internet - which is a force for good - and decided to do something about it."
