Conference: New ways to make journalism pay

Blogger Guido Fawkes , aka Paul Staines, is one of the speakers at a conference on 'New Ways To Make Journalism Pay,' sponsored by London Freelance NUJ branch, being held in London on Saturday, 16 January.
Other speakers include Jeremy Dear, NUJ general secretary; Dominic Ponsford, editor of Press Gazette ; Granville Williams, expert on media ownership; and Ian Reeves, director of learning and teaching at the Centre for Journalism, University of Kent, on community funding.
Conference costs: £10 NUJ members, £7 NUJ student members, claimants, retired, £15 non-members. Lunch included. 10am - 4.30pm, NUJ HQ, 308 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1X 8DP.
