Where does BPA 'deal' leave Press Gazette?

When Wilmington sold Press Gazette to Progressive Media in April it said it had "signed an agreement to collaborate with them on the British Press Awards."
Last week Press Gazette reported that Wilmington Group was going ahead with the British Press Awards after reaching a deal with the Newspaper Publishers Association and the Journalists’ Charity, which will get a share of the profits.
After running the BPAs for many years, what does Press Gazette get out of the new deal? Speaking to someone at a Journalists' Charity bash at the Irish Embassy last night, I was told Press Gazette would share the "glory" of being associated with the event "and some advertising".
