The Sun dishes out more pun-ishment for Greece
As if the Greeks haven't enough to worry about, now they are on the receiving end of a volley of puns from the Sun.
The paper's headline on the latest twist in the Greek financial crisis and decision to call a referendum is - 'Greece Loses Its Marbles.'
The crosshead is 'Acropolis Now For World Economy.'
There's also a headline: 'How They Have Made a Drachma Out of A Crisis.'
And to add insult to injury...among a column headed 'What have the Greeks ever done for us?' the Sun mentions Homer, democracy, the Olympic Games, Pythagoras - and George Michael forming Wham!
