Halifax Evening Courier snowed in at printers
There is to be no Halifax Courier today after the area around the paper's printers was hit by heavy snow.
The paper said on its website: "The Courier has been hit by heavy snow in the area of our printing press. It means there will be no paper on Wednesday.
"Everything possible is being done to print the newspaper on Thursday and we will update the situation as soon as possible.
"We apologise to readers and advertisers for the disappointment and inconvenience. The snow is causing serious problems around West and South Yorkshire.
"We will keep our readers updated with news on our website."
