The Claverley Group, owner of the biggest selling regional newspaper in England, the Wolverhampton-based Express & Star, has agreed a multi-million refinancing deal with Lloyds TSB, according to online business news service TheBusinessDesk West Midlands.
It says the deal, which marks a change of bank for Claverley Group, involves a term debt spread over five years as well as revolving credit and overdraft facilities and will be used to support the group’s day-to-day activity as well as its continued development.
