Finalists in the fifth annual Mirror Awards competition for journalists covering the media have been announced by Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Among the finalists is the Gannett blog, which keeps an independent eye on Newsquest's US parent company, for an article about the finances of the Freedom Forum and the Newseum.
