Lord Sugar is celebrating winning the bet with Piers Morgan over who would have the most Twitter followers by Christmas Day.

The beneficiary of the battle is Great Ormond Street Hospital for children which gets the wager of £10,000 - after Morgan doubled the sum after accepting defeat.
