Defeated Andy Murray is 'the Scot' once again

The Sun which was bigging up Andy Murray as a "brilliant Brit" when he got through to the semi-finals at Wimbledon has today described him as "the Scot" following his defeat by Rafa Nadal.
The Sun's Charlie Wyett reports from centre court: "There will be those in the 'Anyone But Murray' camp who will have been delighted with this match, believing the Scot is going down the same path as Tim Henman who lost four SW19 semis and failed to win a Grand Slam."
In a piece designed to wind up the Scots, the Sun last Thursday ran a story headlined Hurray for Murray from Surrey, which variously described the tennis star as "England-based Andy" the "Home Counties tennis maestro" and the "the Surrey-based Brit".
