Daily Telegraph columnist and former editor Charles Moore is billed to appear on BBC Radio 4's Any Questions? tonight - despite his refusal to pay the licence fee.
Moore has said he will not pay the fee in protest that Jonathan Ross is still on the BBC payroll despite the "Sachsgate" affair.
Moore wrote in his Telegraph column in July: "Apparently, the corporation has a policy of not allowing airtime to people who will not pay the licence fee. As I write, I am booked to appear on Any Questions? on August 7. If my name is erased from the programme, I shall know that trouble is afoot."
