This might add a bit of spice to the General Election. It is rumoured that former
Sun editor Kelvin MacKenzie is considering standing for Parliament in the next General Election for a constituency near his Surrey home. Apparently his party would either be the "No Expenses Party" or the "Red Mist Party".
Of course, he has threatened to stand before, usually after a few sherbets but has always bottled it so far. Here's a previous "bid"...
